About the role
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position at SusieCakes is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team and assist the General Manager with guest service needs for multiple locations.

Requirements
- Two years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service, and/or retail industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills
- Ability to train, coach, and counsel team members
- Exposure to financial and operational accountabilities
- Ability to work in multiple regional locations
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Hospitality preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
Skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write English

Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds
