Assistant Baker/Froster

About the role

This position is roughly 32-40 hours a week, Monday through Saturday, with weekly frosting shifts.

Responsibilities

- Support the Bakery by perfecting the craft of cake making. - Ensure consistency in creating our guests' favorite recipes. - Make cakes that bring joy to our customers and your own day as well.

Requirements

- Available to work M-Sa from 8:30am-4pm with weekly frosting shifts. - No prior experience necessary; training provided. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

- A passion for baking and a commitment to quality. - Strong attention to detail and a desire for consistency. - A friendly and positive attitude.

Skills

- Basic culinary skills. - Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately. - Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
