Schedule
You MUST be available to work M-Sa from 8:30am-4pm with weekly frosting shifts during regular hours of operation M-Sun. This position is roughly 32-40 hours a week.
Performance and Growth
New team members receive a 90-day performance review and may be eligible for a pay increase up to $0.50/hour based on performance
Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor). Each franchise owner/operator is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state and federal law.
