About the role

We are currently seeking a talented part-time Assistant Bread Baker.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate superhero abilities in the kitchen, following recipes and paying close attention to details to create one-of-a-kind breads.
• Lift large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies weighing up to 50 lbs. daily.
• Work through change and remain flexible while maintaining a keen eye on the baking process.
• Work afternoons, nights, and Sundays, with potential for overnight shifts during holiday seasons.

Requirements

• Proven track record of baking and pastry skills.
• Experience working with large-scale baking and pastry.
• Formal baking/pastry education is a plus.
• Flexibility to work afternoons, nights, and Sundays, including potential overnight shifts during holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

• Attention to detail and recipe following.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality baking.
