Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in the State of Oklahoma or eligible to become licensed
- Prosecution experience and/or experience drafting legal briefs on behalf of a state or federal prosecutorial agency preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Draft pleadings including motions, responses, and briefs in cases ranging from murder to complex criminal fraud prosecutions.
Occasional briefing to the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals may be required.
Participate as a courtroom prosecutor in active criminal prosecutions dependent upon the candidate’s interests and abilities.
