About the Role

The Alaska Department of Law is seeking full-time attorneys to join a dynamic legal team dedicated to prosecuting violations of state criminal laws, representing the state and its officers in civil matters, and enforcing consumer protection and unfair trade practices laws. Attorneys of all experience levels will be considered, including unlicensed attorneys pursuing the Alaska Bar Exam or licensed attorneys seeking admission through reciprocity.

Responsibilities

  • Prosecute violations of state criminal laws.
  • Represent the state and its officers in civil matters.
  • Enforce consumer protection and unfair trade practices laws.

Pay
