Assistant Athletics Coach - By Referral Only

The Assistant Coach position at Rosemount High School is open for all athletic activities.

About the Role

This position works under the direction of the head coach for the specific athletic program. The Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Athletics oversees this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching practices and games
• Work closely with the head coach to develop and implement training programs
• Support the development of student athletes' skills and character
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Experience as a coach or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the specific athletic program's rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Valid driver's license
• First aid and CPR certification

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
