Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Student Success

About the role

The Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Student Success plays a crucial role in ensuring that all athletic programs at Lincoln University adhere to NCAA regulations and other applicable laws. This position also focuses on supporting student athletes in achieving academic success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with NCAA rules and regulations
• Develop and implement policies to support student athlete academic success
• Work closely with coaches and faculty to ensure adherence to institutional policies
• Monitor and report on compliance issues to senior leadership
• Collaborate with external agencies to resolve compliance concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sports management, education, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in athletics administration or compliance
• Experience working with student athletes and academic support systems
• Strong knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule
