Assistant/Associate/Professor of Psychiatry
Position Summary
The Department of Psychiatry at the Indiana University School of Medicine invites applications for open-rank, tenure or scientist-track faculty positions for conducting research within the expanding Department of Psychiatry. Qualified candidates will have a relevant doctoral degree. Candidates will be expected to have a strong record of peer-reviewed publications and funding commensurate with their rank. The department is looking to further expand its basic, translational, and clinical research programs, particularly in the areas of adolescent substance use disorders, alcohol use disorders, dementia/traumatic brain injury, and mood disorders, although outstanding candidates in other areas will also be considered. Successful candidates will be expected to establish and maintain an energetic, independent, and well-funded research program, and contribute to the educational, service, and/or clinical missions of the medical school.
