Title Assistant/Associate Professor of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology & Pharmacology Specific Title Appointment Type Tenure Track Faculty Department IUSM - Biochemistry, Molecular Biology & Pharmacology Campus IU School of Medicine Indianapolis Position Summary The Department of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Pharmacology (BMBP) at the Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position. Competitive applicants will build a research program that investigates fundamental mechanisms of human health and disease, complements existing programs in BMBP and at the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center, the Stark Neurosciences Research Institute, or the Center for Diabetes and Metabolic Diseases, and is competitive for external funding. Candidates are also expected to contribute to graduate and professional education at IUSM. Applicants must hold a PhD (or equivalent) in biochemistry, pharmacology, molecular biology, or a closely related field.
