Assistant /Associate Professor, Family Medicine Physician - Rowan-Virtua SOM
About the role
The selected candidate will provide and manage direct patient care at one or more of the outpatient clinical offices located in the Southern New Jersey area. The candidate will hold an academic title and have an active role in the training and education of medical students, interns, residents, and fellows. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to participate in faculty development.

Requirements
- Must hold the following valid NJ Medical License
- CDSDEA
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited ACGME/AACOM-accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Successful completion of the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) certification exam
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex cases
- Ability to teach and mentor medical students, interns, residents, and fellows

Pay
In compliance with the State of New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is $190,000 to $220,000. Placement into the range is determined by the candidate’s qualifications, professional experience and other factors.
Schedule
Main clinical campus is located in the Philadelphia metropolitan area approximately 8 miles from Philadelphia, 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean and 2 hours from New York City.
