The Assistant/Associate Professor - BSN Program is responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. This role requires a strong commitment to education and a passion for nursing.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate nursing courses
- Mentor and advise students
- Contribute to curriculum development and improvement
- Participate in departmental and university committees
- Engage in scholarly activities and research
Requirements
- PhD in Nursing or related field
- At least 3 years of teaching experience at the college level
- Experience in clinical practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
