About the role
The School of Social Work at the University at Buffalo is searching for a faculty colleague in the area of aging/gerontology to join our school in a tenure-track faculty position as an Assistant or Associate Professor.
Responsibilities
- Conducting fundable research
- Teaching in the school’s degree programs
- Engaging in cross-disciplinary collaboration with university colleagues
- Participating on school committees
Requirements
- A doctorate in Social Work or a related discipline
- An MSW with practice experience
- An active research agenda
- Experience having taught social work courses in seated, online, and hybrid environments
Qualifications
- A scholarly record appropriate for the rank to which they are applying
