About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the university's academic programs and ensuring that they align with institutional goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement academic policies and procedures
  • Oversee curriculum development and approval processes
  • Manage faculty appointments and evaluations
  • Coordinate with external accreditation bodies
  • Provide leadership in academic planning and strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Education or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams
  • Experience with accreditation processes

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of educational technology and its applications

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
