Responsibilities
- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures
- Oversee curriculum development and approval processes
- Manage faculty appointments and evaluations
- Coordinate with external accreditation bodies
- Provide leadership in academic planning and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Education or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams
- Experience with accreditation processes
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of educational technology and its applications
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
