About the role
The Department of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine seeks individuals with a strong record of research in neuroscience and/or physiology for a tenure track faculty position at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level.
Responsibilities
- Develop or have a nationally recognized, active research program
- Participate in both professional and graduate education
- Broaden research and teaching participation in STEM among under-represented and diverse groups
- Study the neurophysiology of the cardiorespiratory or autonomic nervous system using modern and synergistic approaches
Requirements
- Ph.D., D.V.M., M.D. or equivalent
- At least two years of post-doctoral research experience
