Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Clinical Restorative Dentistry (AC Track)
About the role
The University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the Academic Clinician track at the assistant, associate, or professor level. This position focuses on Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics.
Responsibilities
- Teach in predoctoral, both clinical and pre-clinical, and postdoctoral education programs
- Lead Department activities including research and service to the community
- Participate in projects as assigned by the Division Director of PG Prosthodontics, Associate Chair/Chair of the department
Requirements
- Completed an accredited Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics and eligible/board certified by the American Board of Prosthodontics
- Eligible for a Pennsylvania dental license
Qualifications
- DMD/DDS degree or equivalent
- Experience with teaching and mentoring students
- Experience in research and scholarship
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Pay
Salary and academic rank will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
