Assistant/Associate/Full Professor (open rank) of Professional Practice
Responsibilities
- Develop and teach undergraduate and MBA-level courses in Strategy, International Business, and Management Skills areas on Newark and New Brunswick campuses, and other locations where RBS courses are taught.
- Engage in service and/or outreach activities for the Department and/or the School.
- Maintain currency with AACSB faculty qualification standards through professional and/or research activities.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. A strong commitment to teaching excellence and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative curricula are essential. Experience in international business and strategy is preferred.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of academic achievement, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national and international conferences. They should also have a strong interest in working collaboratively within a diverse academic community.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required. Proficiency in using educational technology tools to enhance teaching effectiveness is desirable.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
