Assistant Analyst, Store Operations – Store Supplies - A&F Co.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage store and DM orders
• Complete supply pushes
• Analyze supply usage and buys
• Support new store activity

Partnering

• Partner with Home Office teams and the Stores Group

Data Analysis, Reporting, and Invoicing

• Provide business intelligence and data analysis
• Build datasets and reports using system reporting tools
• Analyze supply usage, inventory levels, and vendor performance
• Manage Performing Rights Organizations (PRO) music invoicing

Communication

• Develop and implement messaging for all supplies initiatives
• Ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Transportation and Supply Chain Logistics

• Resolve standard and off-cadence supply questions
• Maintain communication between vendors and internal teams
• Review performance tracking of vendor deliveries

What You Will Need to Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year of experience in store operations, supply chain management, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to document ideas, workflow, and issue resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI)
