Join our activity team as an Assistant Activity Director/Memory Care Coordinator at Saint Elizabeth Home. In this role, your work will directly enhance the lives of residents by planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing recreation programs and services. You’ll help create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where elders enjoy their lives surrounded by beautiful surroundings and new friends.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct recreation programs and services for residents.
- Ensure programs and services comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
- One to two years of related experience and/or training.
- Able to operate standard office equipment.
- Ability to effectively utilize technology, including computers, iPad/Tablet use, Word programming, internet access, email, and social media.
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new applications.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet and follow Saint Elizabeth Community motor vehicle policy standards.
