About the role

As a Teller at Capital you are the face of the credit union. It's more than just processing financial transactions. It's building lasting relationships with members by providing exceptional service and identifying their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier’s checks.
• Provide exceptional member service by greeting members warmly, listening to their needs, and offering appropriate products or services.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through cross-selling credit union products and services.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to security and operational procedures.
• Resolve member inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about credit union policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to members.
