Responsibilities
- Offer services and accessories to customers and provide them with an explanation of aftermarket products and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers. Resolve customer issues quickly and escalate to senior management as necessary. A high level of Customer Satisfaction is a very important aspect of this role.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all aftermarket products available to consumers for each of our vehicle models.
- Train and provide the sales team with information on available aftermarket opportunities offered by the dealership.
- Responsible for Customer Service follow up and appointments
- Work with our Department Manager to ensure individual, and department sales goals are met
- Strong organizational and scheduling ability to assure the work is completed on time for the customer.
- Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers.
Requirements
- CDK experience is a must
- Automotive sales experience a plus
- Automotive aftermarket sales a plus
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Scheduling and coordinating the timely installation of aftermarket products on the customer’s vehicle.
- Enthusiasm, strong communication skills, positive attitude, ambition, work ethic, professional conduct, high integrity and dedication to process improvement
- Professional appearance required
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
