ASSIST PROGRAM DIRECTOR

About the role
As an Assistant Program Director, you are responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices, and laws. In the absence of the Program Director, this position oversees day-to-day site operations, provides administrative oversight for the site, and leads the site management team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality delivery of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services.
- Ensure compliance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage day-to-day site operations and administrative oversight in the absence of the Program Director.
- Lead the site management team and handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment.
- Interview potential employees and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Four years of related experience in residential facility management.
- Ability to manage multiple people and projects.
- Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
