About the role
The role is within the Financial Services Tax practice, offering opportunities to advise clients on tax matters, manage working capital, and provide strategic consulting.
Responsibilities
- Define strategic direction for the Default team
- Lead initiatives in business development and client relations
- Oversee multiple projects maintaining exceptional delivery
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships
- Mentor and guide the next generation of leaders
- Advocate for digitization and automation in tax advisory
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Taxation preferred
- Proficiency in managing tax compliance for various business entities
- Proficiency in fiduciary income tax returns and compliance
- Collaboration with tax practitioners and business managers
- Skilled in preparing and reviewing thorough tax returns
- Written and verbal business communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and creative solutions
- Leadership in generating new business and proposal writing
- Proficiency in automation and digitization in tax services

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
