About the role

The role is within the Corporate Tax services of the Financial Services Tax practice at PwC. The Director leads the Default team, sets strategic direction, and oversees business development and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for the Default team
• Lead initiatives in business development and client relations
• Oversee multiple projects maintaining exceptional delivery
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6 years of experience
• CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Taxation preferred
• Proficiency in managing tax compliance for various business entities
• Proficiency in fiduciary income tax returns and compliance
• Collaboration with tax practitioners and business managers
• Skilled in preparing and reviewing thorough tax returns
• Written and verbal business communication skills
• Proficiency in problem-solving and creative solutions
• Leadership in generating new business and proposal writing
• Proficiency in automation and digitization in tax services

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation is dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
