Asset & Wealth Management, Real Estate Debt Capital Markets, Analyst - Dallas

Responsibilities

• Aid in all debt-related activities, including the creation of marketing presentations and analysis of debt covenants and returns.
• Collaborate with real estate, portfolio management, legal, and closing teams on investment structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
• Oversee and manage existing debt facilities, prepare reports on the future pipeline, and monitor ongoing projects.
• Communicate with acquisition and asset management teams during due diligence processes and annual business planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders and third-party debt brokers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience in real estate finance and/or loan origination.
• Strong proficiency in financial markets and Microsoft Excel, along with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity, conciseness, and confidence.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
