Responsibilities

  • Understand real estate valuation methodologies, and have working knowledge of real estate equity.
  • Analyze rent rolls, financials, commercial leases, and other asset-level activities used for modeling.
  • Ensure consistency between external models and appraisals and the valuation methodologies.
  • Manage the internal data related to commercial leases, rent rolls, and other asset-level activities used for modeling.
  • Ensure accuracy and correctness of the flow of data underlying all real estate investment-level analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal asset managers, external appraisers, and other vendors to facilitate the valuation process of real estate assets.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends influencing property values.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience and a strong academic background.
  • Argus Enterprise experience required/highly recommended.
  • Yardi experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (clear, concise, and confident), with the ability to manage internal and external relationships.
  • Team player with strong project and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with automation and analytics tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Databases) a plus.
  • Experience with other real estate modeling tools a plus.
  • Able to work under tight time constraints and manage, organize, and improve current processes.
