About the role

Ayco partners with Fortune 1000 companies to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforce. The ideal candidate will support these clients and their programs, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage various aspects of corporate account management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Corporate Relationship Managers (RMs) to support clients and their programs, identify methods or solutions that optimize client engagement, and uncover efficiencies, tools and resources to improve client experience.
  • Analyze existing corporate accounts to identify expansion opportunities and position Ayco services in advance of regular meetings.
  • Work with RMs to determine and develop the appropriate materials to be used at client meetings and support RMs in owning certain follow-ups from client meetings.
  • Collaborate with RMs, and various internal stakeholders, to develop materials requested by clients including agendas, presentations, program utilization reports, program communications, proposals, program reviews, roll out materials, program timelines, etc.
  • Maintain institutional opportunities for region and assist with documentation and follow-up from client discussions, both internally and externally.
  • Strategize with the Marketing team on marketing material creation.
  • Aid RMs in project management efforts for large corporate implementations and rollouts.
  • Update weekly and monthly regional opportunity/activity reports and prepare/deliver utilization, outcomes and other reports for our service lines.
  • Facilitate responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) as needed in line with RFP process, update RFP database.
  • Attend onsite engagement sessions at corporate accounts, including benefit fairs, program kick-offs and ongoing relationship engagement.
  • Develop financial education content, as applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the marketing, sales and/or financial industry preferred.
  • Ability to work with teams and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Salesforce preferred.
  • Project management skills and strong independent decision-making skills.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet Ayco’s high work quality standards.
  • Organizational skills and ability to act with a sense of urgency (will often be working under prospect/client-imposed deadlines).

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
