Asset & Wealth Management, ETF Product Strategy & Development, Vice President, New York

Responsibilities

• Executing on GSAM and Innovator Capital's strategic roadmap for ETFs
• Spearheading end-to-end product design, development, launch and ongoing oversight for ETFs in partnership with the broader Global Product Strategy team
• Partnering with key stakeholders within GSAM and at Innovator to prioritize and efficiently execute on new ETF product ideas
• Driving scale and addressing meaningful and measurable client demand
• Developing and communicating ETF product proposals and strategic ETF platform updates for senior management, boards, and internal governance committees
• Technical project management of new product design and structuring, changes to existing ETFs, evaluating, and identifying conversion opportunities
• Helping drive and oversee infrastructure requirements for broad ETF product initiatives
• Facilitating ongoing product management to ensure the ETF product suite remains competitive, is properly positioned to address commercial growth opportunities, and in compliance with latest regulations
• Keeping abreast of major developments in the industry (i.e. regulations, tax, competition, etc.) that create new opportunities or challenges for our business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, CFA or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of financial industry experience with specific experience in ETF structuring
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses required (will be sponsored by the firm if not already completed)
• In-depth knowledge of the ETF industry, client channels, capital markets, vehicle mechanics and infrastructure requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others across all levels and functions
• Proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic, strategic mindset, and commercial perspective
• Strong technical skills including high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with industry data, vendors, operating models, etc.
