Asset & Wealth Management, Divisional CFO, Analyst - New York

Principal Responsibilities

• Spearheading the weekly AWM Management Committee Package on various KPI metrics while working with various groups to ensure reporting accuracy
• Overseeing coordination of monthly P&L and Balance sheet closes with Controllers, Technology, Strats and other AM Private teams
• Preparation of month-end financial reports to AWM senior management (both regular and ad-hoc)
• Aid in liaising with Corporate Planning & Management team, AM Controllers, as well as AM Private Finance team to ensure that revenue, expenses, and business metrics are properly booked and reported
• Month-end analysis relating to internal allocations
• Working with Engineering and Controllers to streamline reporting as well as creation of more robust reporting tools
• Pull together various analyses required as part of the firm’s regulatory obligations to the Fed

Necessary Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business discipline
• 2-4 years working experience, accounting/finance related
• Excellent analytical/quantitative skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
• Ability to manage, organize and analyze large volumes of information
• Strong Excel, Word, Powerpoint skills
• Knowledge of Essbase/SmartView and Anaplan would be a significant advantage
