Asset & Wealth Management, Design Operations, Associate - New York

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and scale design workflows across the product lifecycle to improve efficiency and reduce friction
• Support governance and adoption of the design system to ensure consistency across platforms
• Manage design tools, templates, and documentation to enable seamless team execution
• Prioritize coordination with Product and Engineering to coordinate delivery and strengthen handoffs
• Track and report on design performance, system adoption, and operational health

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in managing design operations within a large-scale enterprise organization
• Deep understanding of product management, design, and engineering practices, with the ability to bridge these disciplines effectively
• Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment
• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in developing and utilizing data to inform strategy and measure performance
