Location: DC4 4 Limited Parkway, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068

Responsibilities

• Support the protection of enterprise assets (people, product, property) as part of the Campus Asset Protection team.
• Provide campus protection and safety through four core posts: Campus Gates, Lobby Desks, Interior and Exterior Campus Roves.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining action readiness for life‑safety and enterprise shrink incidents.
• Maintain accurate reporting of incidents that occur on campus and may participate in campus investigations.

Qualifications

• Passion for ensuring the safety and well‑being of others.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in security, retail, food service, or other customer‑facing industries.
• Strong decision‑making ability and composure under pressure.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience identifying and responding to safety‑related issues (preferred).
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, SAP, access control software, web‑based programs).
• Ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Ability to multitask and be flexible.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift/carry ≥25 lbs; sit or stand up to 2 hours; climb a standard ladder up to 15 ft; climb 2+ flights of stairs at casual, brisk, or rapid pace; walk continuously for 2+ hours; walk over uneven terrain; lift or drag up to 105 lbs up to 50 ft; work in inclement weather.
• Note: Employment is contingent on passing a pre‑employment drug test.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $21.00 – Maximum Salary: $27.56 (actual salary based on skills, experience, geographic region, and other factors).

Schedule

Shift: 2nd Shift (3 pm to 11 pm); Days off: Wednesday and Thursday.
