About the Role
Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We measure success by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to live. We are currently seeking an Asset Protection Officer to work at several of our apartment communities in the Louisville, KY area.
Responsibilities
- Fully understand and implement all aspects of community policy, enforcing community lease, rules, and regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws fairly and impartially without violating Fair Housing.
- Report all emergencies immediately to the Community Manager and Security Director, providing an incident report within 24 hours of the incident.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, potential residents, and their guests.
- Maintain high visibility to deter unacceptable activities in the community.
- Generate well-written and descriptive reports to account for all activities during patrols.
- Respond to medical, criminal, and disaster incidents, determining and directing immediate response actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, county, and state police agencies.
- Conduct monthly light-out inspections of all common area lights.
- Regularly check vacant units to ensure all are intact with windows and doors secured.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have your own reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Must be able to work any days and occasional overtime.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Law enforcement or military experience preferred.
