About the role
This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. It includes verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping entrances safe and secure.
Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and thank customers at store entrances
- Verify purchases and receipts
- Assist with returned items
- Maintain a safe and secure entrance area
- Support loss‑prevention efforts
