Pay
Hourly wage: $16.50 – $29.50 per hour (actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may be earned in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

About the role
This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers, and preventing loss at store entrances. Responsibilities include verifying purchases, assisting with returns, and keeping entrances safe and secure.
