Pay

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, with premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

About the Role

This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers, as well as preventing loss at the store entrances. Responsibilities include verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping entrances safe and secure.
