Responsibilities

• Monitoring access control, video surveillance, alarm, and threat intelligence platforms across assigned facilities.
• Responding to critical incidents and coordinating emergency response protocols.
• Validating alarms and events to distinguish actionable incidents from false activations.
• Preparing accurate incident reports and situational summaries for leadership.
• Collaborating with various departments to resolve day-to-day administrative issues.
• Actively participating in the Emergency Fire Warden Safety program for campus locations.
