Asset Protection Associate "Part Time"

About the role

The Asset Protection Associate works in both distribution center and retail store environments, ensuring the security and safety of the company's premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Patrols the property to secure premises and personnel
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting unusual activity or circumstances
• Confronts violators of policy and procedures professionally to redirect behavior
• Inspects buildings and access points, assists in restraining trespassers or other violators
• Manages vehicular traffic by directing drivers, utilizes company tools and procedures
• Supports investigations, conducts surveillances, gathers facts, completes reports
• Maintains organization's stability and brand reputation by complying with legal requirements
• Affirms awareness of company policies, procedures, and directives
• Provides assistance across business groups as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of related security experience
• Proven knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Prior security experience in retail or distribution centers preferred

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Report writing experience preferred
