Asset Protection Associate "Part Time"

About the role

The Asset Protection Associate works in both distribution center and retail store environments, ensuring the security and safety of company premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Patrols property to secure premises and personnel
• Reports unusual activity or circumstances to prevent losses and damage
• Confronts violators professionally to redirect behavior
• Inspects buildings and access points, assists in restraining trespassers or other violators
• Directs vehicular traffic and manages authorized DC truck yard traffic
• Supports investigations, conducts surveillances, gathers facts, and completes reports
• Maintains organizational stability and brand reputation by complying with legal requirements
• Affirms company policies, procedures, and directives
• Shares new and innovative ideas to enhance job functions and company best practices
• Provides assistance across business groups as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of related security experience
• Proven knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Prior security experience in retail or distribution centers preferred

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Report writing experience preferred

• Hiring pay range: $13.75 - $17.85 per hour
