Asset Protection – Agent – Washington Square

About the role

This retail asset-protection role supports theft deterrence, investigations, incident response, store safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance and identify theft trends.
• Perform apprehensions and recover merchandise in accordance with company policy.
• Support internal investigations, RFID research and video review.
• Respond to emergency incidents and medical situations.
• Complete safety and security audits, reports and court testimony when required.
• Build productive partnerships with store teams and law-enforcement contacts.

Qualifications

• A valid Oregon security license is required.
• Investigative, asset-protection or security experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, observation, documentation and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

Pay

$24.65–$25.65 per hour
