Asset Owner

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage the production team using a servant-leadership approach; coach employees and build a collaborative floor presence.
• Drive a safety-first culture, performing audits and maintaining a clean, orderly, compliant work environment.
• Facilitate effective Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings and support planning to ensure clear communication and 24-hour operational readiness.
• Ensure documentation, SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
• Coach and mentor employees, support training plans, and promote continuous improvement, capturing and following up on CI actions.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve daily issues, support workflow efficiency, and improve equipment performance (OEE).
• Support production standards and audits (HACCP, SQF) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate rigor, initiative, and strong problem-solving across daily operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience with a history of team development, creating a culture of engagement and people-focused strategies.
• Secondary education required.
• Available to participate in an on-call rotation supporting 24/7 operations.
• Experience in manufacturing environment required.
• Familiar with Lean principles with the ability to address production challenges and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
