Asset Manager - Purchasing

About the role

The Asset Manager supports procurement, management, and installation of software or technology-related hardware assets. Responsibilities include monitoring and responding to internal or external inquiries and service requests, receiving and processing purchased or returned equipment or assets, tracking equipment inventory, executing processes for asset disposal, managing warranty and repair-related tasks, performing data entry in software systems or tools, and auditing work to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

• Auditing and modifying attributes related to lifecycle management of software and hardware assets
• Maintaining the accuracy of assets by implementing and executing activities
• Managing asset stock in multiple locations to ensure appropriate levels are available for orders and projects
• Executing equipment installation for new locations and moves
• Interfacing with the contracted printer support team

Qualifications

• At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including at least 1 year of supply chain, procurement, supplier management, and/or asset management work experience, and at least 3 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
• At least 2 years in procurement of software or technology-related hardware work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years in procurement of software or technology-related hardware work experience

Pay

Hiring Range in USD from $23.08 - $45.05 per hour; from: $48,000 - $93,700 per year. May be eligible for equity.
