Pay

Salary Range: $37.00‑$40.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Oversees all orders and decides what will be transferred and/or sub‑rented.
• Considers equipment flow to and from shows and/or warehouses.
• Works closely with Warehouse Leads and Operations to ensure all substitutions and changes are available to Sales and/or Project Managers.
• Writes transfers from other locations and approves transfers from other warehouses.
• Anticipates and identifies optimal equipment flows from sites versus sub‑renting.
• Creates flow sheets so Operations and Project Managers share a unified view of all CT equipment being moved.
• Ensures gear flows are properly checked in and checked out in R2 to maintain accurate inventory.
• Oversees all Purchase Orders issued by the set depot for securing sub‑rented equipment.
• Monitors the transfer page in R2 to confirm transfers are received and inventory is accurate, including handling transfer cancellations when job scopes change.
• Coordinates pick‑ups and returns of sub‑rented assets in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager.
• Conducts cycle counts and full‑scale inventory of assets in partnership with Inventory Control.

Requirements

• General knowledge of all aspects of Audio Visual, including Video, LED, Lighting, and Audio.
• General computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Notepad, and R2.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to self‑motivate.
• Willingness to work occasional off‑hours to meet project goals.
