About the role
The role provides a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with commitment, energy, and ideas to develop and progress their career with the Association. You will lead delivery of the day-to-day reactive repairs' service, and the planning and delivery of our housing investment programme. You must be a strong team player, able to collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the day-to-day reactive repairs’ service
- Plan and deliver the housing investment programme
- Manage projects, policies, and compliance
- Ensure organisational and tenant needs are met through effective asset management

Schedule
Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday including flexible hybrid working.
