About the role

You will lead delivery of the day-to-day reactive repairs' service, and the planning and delivery of our housing investment programme. You must be a strong team player, able to collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the day-to-day reactive repairs’ service
• Plan and deliver the housing investment programme
• Manage projects, policies, and compliance
• Ensure organisational and tenant needs are met through effective asset management

£51,075 - £55,259

Schedule

Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday including flexible hybrid working.
