This role is based in West LA and follows a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage multifamily assets and monitor portfolio performance
- Analyze NOI, occupancy, revenue, expenses, and cash flow
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and CapEx initiatives
- Prepare executive and investor reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Evaluate hold/sell decisions, refinancing opportunities, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to maximize asset value
- Develop financial models and portfolio analytics to support decision-making
Requirements
- 3+ years of multifamily asset management experience
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and investor reporting
- Yardi experience preferred; Argus a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Business, or related field
