Asset Manager (Active TS/SCI)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage materials lifecycle, including procurement, transportation, receipt, storage, inventory, and warehouse management.
• Oversee and track Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) in Department of Defense domain.
• Execute IT financial planning and tracking for budgetary compliance and asset accountability.
• Implement secure supply chain best practices to protect sensitive defense technologies.
• Use mobile and warehouse logistics systems for real-time asset visibility and location tracking.
• Cook up with stakeholders to meet mission logistics requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant logistics experience (DoD preferred).
• 2+ years asset management experience.
• 2+ years IT financial planning/tracking experience.
• Proven experience managing materials (procurement, transportation, storage, inventory).
• Proficiency with mobile/warehouse logistics systems.
• Knowledge of secure supply chain best practices.
• Experience with DoD GFEs.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Eligibility for Special Access Program (SAP) access.
• Willingness to submit to Counterintelligence polygraph.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 2 or IAM certification (required within 6 months of hire).
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with Hill AFB local logistics protocols.
