Asset Inventory Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily receiving operations, ensuring accurate receipt and processing of all shipments
• Verification of incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, identification, documentation, and resolution of discrepancies, damages, or missing items
• Maintenance of accurate inventory records and proper product labeling and storage
• Management and tracking of company assets across warehouse and project locations, maintenance and updating of asset tracking systems, including SnapTracker or similar tools
• Audit of inventory and tagging, tracking, and movement of inventory and assets, identification of opportunities to improve asset tracking processes and efficiency
• Coordination with Project Managers, Operations, and Logistics teams on inventory needs, provision of updates on inventory status, shortages, and order discrepancies, assistance in training team members on systems, processes, and best practices
• Liaison with the Asset Coordinator on daily warehouse activities while reporting to the Asset Manager
• Maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, support of loading/unloading and staging of materials as needed, compliance with company policies and safety procedures, assistance with process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience required, with experience in receiving and inventory control
• Strong asset management experience required
• Experience with SnapTracker or similar asset tracking systems strongly preferred
• Proven ability to maintain accurate inventory and manage large volumes of materials
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience or ability to guide and support a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed in a warehouse setting
