About the role
As an Asset and Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of energy assets, ensuring their optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee the construction and commissioning of new energy projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of energy assets to identify areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute maintenance plans that prevent equipment failures and extend asset life.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or project development.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of energy industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
