Key Responsibilities
- Completes Crisis Assessment independently via in person and/or tele psych.
- Documents accurately in patient chart and has the ability to update the team during shift changes.
- Facilitates Admissions / assessments with Physician partners.
- Performs crisis intervention.
- Telephone Triage Activities.
- Contributes to the organization by actively participating in process improvement initiatives and shared decision making.
Technical Capabilities
- Crisis Intervention (Advanced): Demonstrates the uppermost levels of expertise in applying crisis intervention in challenging and complex situations.
- Training (Intermediate): Has delivered a program in its entirety. Managed the delivery of a program by a team of instructors, assuring attention to detail.
- Patient Documentation (Intermediate): The ability to receive and record patient information.
- Contract Negotiations (Intermediate): Demonstrates an understanding of negotiating skills such as building trust, gaining commitment, managing the opposition and maintaining goodwill.

Position Qualifications
- Responsibilities: Perform clinical crisis assessments, telephone triage in the psych access center, referral coordination and disposition planning for psychiatric patients of all ages.
- Certifications: LIC-Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Tennessee, Tennessee, LIC-Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider - Licensure.
- Work Experience: Relevant Work Experience Experience Level : 2 years.
- Education: Master's.
