About the role

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India is hiring Assessment Interns and Associates for its General Corporate and M&A team. The role is intended for candidates with a strong foundation in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions who are looking to work in a professional law firm environment.

Requirements

• 5-year law degree from a reputed university with a good academic record.
• Experience of training or working with a reputed law firm in the Corporate/M&A practice.
• Good understanding of:
  • Companies Act, 2013
  • Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA)
  • SEBI laws
  • RBI regulations
  • Indian Contract Act
  • Industrial and Labour Laws

Qualifications

Candidates with a Company Secretary (CS) qualification and relevant training or work experience will be preferred.
