Key Responsibilities Build meaningful rapport with clients from all walks of lifeConduct compassionate, comprehensive pre-admission assessmentsAccurately document substance use, mental health, and psychosocial historyCollaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure seamless transitionsManage multiple assessments while maintaining attention to detailPrioritize urgent cases with calm, clarity, and careUphold confidentiality standards (HIPAA compliance)Adapt to fast-paced, ever-changing schedules and needs What You Bring to the Table Experience in behavioral or mental health, addiction recovery, or intake (preferred) A heart for helping people - and the communication skills to match Strong organization and time management in a fast-moving environment Excellent writing and documentation skills Tech-savvy (familiar with EHR systems or ready to learn) Flexibility, reliability, and a team-first attitude Work Environment Collaborative, mission-driven, and supportive cultureFrequent interaction with clients (in-person or virtually)May involve extended screen time and back-to-back assessmentsFlexibility required to meet client and organizational needs Why Work with Us?
